ScreamFest (Haunted houses)

ScreamFest is a ticketed haunted-house park on Stampede Park, open 11 nights this October. General admission gets you once through six outdoor houses, including The Clinic, Slaughterhouse, Clown Town and The Dollhouse. The extreme Zombie Outbreak house is a separate add-on and a contact haunt, so you sign a waiver and the actors are allowed to grab you. Killer Cash, ScreamFest's own currency, pays for carnival games, and the Slingshot ride launches riders more than 200 feet up in the dark. Only the Grandstand is heated, so dress for a night outdoors, and expect fog and strobe lights.
