Group Art Society of Calgary Fall Show and Sale (Free art show)

The Group Art Society of Calgary is a local society of painters, and its annual fall show turns a church hall into a one-day pop-up gallery. Members hang original paintings in a range of styles, mediums, sizes and prices, then talk with visitors and sell directly, so you can hear the story behind a piece before you buy. Seven new guest artists join this edition. One visitor wins an original 9x12 acrylic by Colin Bell in the door-prize draw, and donations are collected for the Veterans Association Food Bank. Parking is free.
