Pasta La Feasta (Month-long restaurant pasta festival)
Eleven chefs cook Canadian-themed pastas all October
Pasta La Feasta runs every October, National Pasta Month, and this is its seventh annual edition. Each participating restaurant creates one featured pasta for the month, and $3 from every one sold goes to The Alex Community Food Centre, which serves community meals and runs an affordable produce market. The 2026 theme is Proudly Canada, a pasta road trip along the Trans-Canada: Prairie Corn Agnolotti with Taber corn at Acme, Lamb Jam Bucatini with Vulcan lamb at Our Daily Brett, and River Cafe's Jiggs Dinner Agnolotti, after Atlantic Canada's corned-beef Sunday supper. Most spots take reservations, but Our Daily Brett and The Little Noodle Shop are walk-in.
