Lunch at Allen's (Canadian songwriter supergroup)

Lunch at Allen's is four veteran Canadian songwriters who teamed up in 2004 for what was meant to be a one-off eight-date tour and kept going for 20 years. They play in a songwriter's circle, taking turns on their own songs with stories and laughs in between, mixing favourites with newer material. Murray McLauchlan wrote Farmer's Song, Marc Jordan wrote Marina Del Rey, Ian Thomas wrote Painted Ladies, and Cindy Church also sings with Quartette and Great Western Orchestra. Between them they've written for Rod Stewart, Bonnie Raitt, Josh Groban, Santana and Cher. This cross-country run is their goodbye.
